SHIPPING WHAT IFS:

1-WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please let me know as soon as you realized your mistake ! If it hasn't shipped yet, I can change the shipping address.  If it has shipped I will need to wait for it to return to me. When I receive it back, I reship it to the correct shipping address. 

There is a fee of $8 to reship to the correct address. 

 

2-WHAT IF A TRACKING # SHOWS THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

 

If the US POSTAL SERVICE tracking number shows it was delivered to your address, then there is very little I can do at that point. Their scan 'proves' that they delivered it to your address. Here are several suggestions that I have found to be very helpful in locating missing packages:  

 

Is it possible someone else in your household forgot to tell you it arrived? 9 times out of 10 this is the case.

Have you spoken to your mail carrier person? They had to scan the package when they delivered it, so it’s possible he/she will remember something about the package. 

For example, sometimes he/she will place a package somewhere other than in your mailbox if it won’t fit (usually behind a plant, patio furniture, etc...) Or they may have accidentally delivered it to a neighbor.

If you aren’t able to speak to him/her directly, we recommend leaving a note in your mailbox with the tracking number and tell them it was shipped in a  USPS Padded envelope or Box.

Have you checked to see if a neighbor received your package by mistake?

If by some chance your delivery person isn’t able to clarify and you aren’t able to locate your package with a neighbor, you may open an investigation by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Your inquiry will then be routed to your local post office where they will research the delivery of your package.

If the scan shows it was delivered to your address, it means we met our responsibility to you. 

Returns

How to Return  

 

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The date of the delivered package is when the 7 days start. You will be asked to ship the item back at your expense. If the wrong item was shipped we will ask that you pay for shipping in which it will be reimbursed along with refund within 3-4 days of us receiving the item back. If we are not contacted within 7 days we have the right to and will not process the refund transaction. If the item was on sale at time of purchase you will receive the amount you paid for the item at time of sale. We will not process any unreasonable requests if you are not satisfied with the item. Since the items are rare there are only so many in stock at a time. If you happen to purchase an item that is no longer available but has not been updated on the website, you will receive your refund within 1-3 days OR will have the option to pick something out at equal or lesser value, if the new item is more money, you will be required to make payment of the difference before shipping. You will also be notified that the item is not available or when it will become available again.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not wear your jewelry in water.  Remove it before taking a shower, bathing, swimming, hot yoga class, exercise etc.  

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Apply & let them  dry before using your jewelry.

  • Do not polish gold-plated or silver-plated, and do not use any jewelry cleaner, as this will accelerate the wearing away of the anti-tarnish coating and the plating.

  • Use a silver cloth to polish. When you are not wearing it, put it in a pouch.

  • Allow your wrap to have periods of non-wear. This will help lengthen the life of your bracelet and will keep it looking fabulous for as long 

  • The silver plate crescents will not tarnish or turn black, but they will patina over time.

  • Use a soft fabric pouch if you don’t have enough room for a jewelry box with a hard exterior.

  • Jewelry should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures. So, if you have jewelry sitting next to your bathroom sink, consider moving it to another room.
